We start with a scoping call. Who's in the room, what problem you're solving, what success looks like. I'll tell you up front if I'm the right fit.
Curriculum gets built around your team's actual tools and workflows. Not a stock deck. Where it makes sense, I'll do pre-work or interviews so the material lands in real context.
Half-day, full-day, or multi-day. Always hands-on. Teams leave with working prototypes, not slides they'll forget by Monday.
After the workshop, you have a support window to keep momentum going. Many teams come back for follow-on engagements when they hit the next problem.
